“It feels like Italian restaurants have been opening every other day recently in Vancouver (not that we’re complaining) and the city is about to get another one.

The Sauce is a new pasta cafe coming to the West End – 861 Denman Street to be exact – and it’s opening as soon as September.

The new eatery will specialize in high-end pasta, but at a take-out price. The Sauce will offer pasta for those on the go, without compromising on quality or taste.

This gourmet pasta bar will be open seven days a week. We’ll keep you posted on an exact opening date.”
